The Africa Church Planting Initiative is working with a program in Southern Africa to establish sustainable agricultural methods.  Over the past 15 years, Ebenezer Africa has developed a robust, holistic and sustainable apprenticeship model that combines in-depth discipleship with hands-on vocational training in agriculture and business.  Ebenezer Centers also serve as practical demonstration platforms that inspire and showcase productivity possibilities for any community.  Through full time residential apprenticeships lasting between 3 months to two years, young people across Africa gain in-depth knowledge and skills in a variety of farming enterprises as well as intentional coaching and discipleship as they grow in their faith & character.
