PASTOR JOHN MUTANDWA

John Mutandwa was born in the small town of Chegutu, Zimbabwe.  John was born again as a teen.  He received his call to ministry and eventually pursued a BA in Bible and Theology.  The Lord has given John a passion for lost souls and a heart that longs to serve the Lord.  As ACPI Director of International Church Planting, John is responsible to assess, equip, train, and lead indigenous church planters to plant rural churches.  John also travels to new countries with a “forerunner” assignment to prepare for exploratory trips and future plants. John is married to Eddie and has 3 grown sons.

PASTOR MATT BOYERS

Matt Boyers (B.S. in Engineering Construction, Purdue University; MRE Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) has been in pastoral ministry since 1983 and has given leadership to Crossroads Evangelical Church in Wauseon, Ohio since 2002. As the United States Director Matt provides senior leadership to ACPI and initiates strategic planning and cooperative activity with the other ACPI directors. Matt also recruits and trains Western partnering pastors and he is responsible for establishing  a financial resource base in America. Matt communicates directly with the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches to promote and make strategic recommendations from the ACPI directors.
Matt is married to Lanita and they have four adult children.

BISHOP ISAAC SODA

Isaac Soda is a native of Zimbabwe who loves to serve the Lord.  Born in a God fearing family he was led to faith in Christ at a tender age of 6.  He was trained theologically at Evangelical Bible College in Zimbabwe, Dallas Baptist University in Dallas Texas, and at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas Texas.  He earned his PhD in Theology from Triune Biblical University.  He recently retired from being bishop of The Evangelical Church of Zimbabwe and serves as Director of Partnerships and Doctrine  with ACPI.  He is responsible to initiate, approve and build collaborative partnerships with in-county presidents, network heads, etc. of evangelical denominations, networks, and theological schools.  Isaac works to train, assess, and place potential church planters.  After a church plant is established, Isaac oversees them and gives leadership to the church planters.  He also assists to transfer plants to denominations or networks as fully participating congregations.
Isaac is married to Elector and was blessed with 4 children.

Led by a multinational team, ACPI is an international church planting ministry of FEC Africa, an affiliated organization of the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches USA, that partner with evangelical denominations, Bible training schools, church planters, business trainers, and western churches to support single and cluster church plants. Churches have been established in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana and Madagascar, with plans for expansion to South Africa and Kenya.
